Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If there is a problem, please notify us as soon as possible, retaining all products and shipping materials. Shipping fees and delivery costs are not refundable. We reserve the right to request that an unsatisfactory item be returned to us prior to replacement.

For all orders received prior to 12:00 noon PST, every effort will be made to ship them out with in 5 business days. Please allow approximately:
5-7 business days to East Coast
3-5 business days to Mid West
1-3 business days to West Coast
